1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UtilFarm (utilfarm.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must not use the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of UtilFarm after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will always update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

2. Description of Service

UtilFarm provides a suite of free, browser-based calculators and conversion tools across multiple domains including (but not limited to) personal finance, health & fitness, education, date & time, and general utility. All calculations are performed client-side in your browser; no data is transmitted to our servers.

UtilFarm is provided free of charge with no subscription, no account, and no payment required. We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use UtilFarm for the following purposes:

• Personal use — budgeting, health tracking, academic planning, and any other personal decision-making.
• Educational use — classroom demonstrations, tutoring, self-study, and research.
• Professional & commercial reference — using results as a starting-point or sanity-check, with the understanding that results must be verified before reliance in any professional or commercial context.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use UtilFarm in any way that:

• Scrapes or harvests content, calculations, or data from UtilFarm via automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts) without our prior written consent.
• Copies or clones the UtilFarm UI, branding, or codebase to create a competing product or service without authorisation.
• Resells or sublicences access to or output from UtilFarm as part of a paid service without a separate commercial agreement.
• Attempts to circumvent any technical measure, rate limit, or security control on the site.
• Misrepresents UtilFarm results as having been reviewed, verified, or endorsed by a licensed professional when they have not.
• Uses the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

5. Not Professional Advice

The outputs of UtilFarm tools are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be treated as, financial, investment, tax, medical, legal, or any other form of professional advice.

Calculators simplify complex real-world situations. Results may not account for your full personal circumstances, applicable taxes, regulations, institutional policies, medical history, or other factors that a qualified professional would consider. Specific examples:

• Finance tools (mortgage, salary, compound interest, 401k, tax) — do not rely on these for investment decisions, loan applications, or tax filings without consulting a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional.
• Health tools (BMI, calories, body fat, macros, pace, water) — do not use these as a substitute for advice from a registered dietitian, physician, or other healthcare provider.
• Education tools (GPA, grade, study hours, college cost) — results are estimates. Contact your institution's registrar or financial aid office for official figures.

6. Accuracy & No Warranty

While we take care to implement correct formulae and sensible defaults, UtilFarm provides the service "as is" and "as available," without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Guarantees that results are accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
• Guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs.

You are solely responsible for verifying any result before acting on it. We strongly encourage cross-checking important figures with authoritative sources or qualified professionals.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UtilFarm and its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, UtilFarm or any tool thereon.
• Any inaccuracy in a result, however caused.
• Any decision made in reliance on a result produced by UtilFarm.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any other matter relating to UtilFarm.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, the above exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.

All content on UtilFarm — including but not limited to the UtilFarm name, logo, visual design, written copy, and source code — is the property of UtilFarm and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may share links to UtilFarm tools freely. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any part of the site without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted under applicable law (e.g. fair use / fair dealing for commentary, criticism, or educational reference).

UtilFarm may contain links to third-party websites or resources for informational purposes. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. We do not endorse any third-party product or service unless explicitly stated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of UtilFarm shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the operator's country of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
